"They were so professional, kind, and understanding when I had them come clean my one hoarding level room in my house! Ifinally just broke down and realized I needed help! I am so glad I called them! My spare room was floor to ceiling boxes and had collected even more stuff over the years! Then my bunny disappeared and I knew she had passed somewhere in the room! That's when I broke down and realized I needed help from a professional and hired Bio-One! The room was so bad that you couldn't even get in the door! I had moved from a much larger apartment previously and had filled it with storage! They were super fast (about half the time they resonated) , and left the room super clean and smelling great! They found mold and cleaned it before they left! They never judged my mess and were totally great at letting me go through each box before it was put in the get-rid-of pile. They vacuumed and removed the bug- filled broken blinds so the room was sparking clean! They even found all the items on my list that I asked them to look for! I would hire them for my whole house if I needed it, but just need a cleaner/ organizer for the rest of my home. I finally have my spare room back!"

The guys that came were nice, asked questions about what I wanted and where to put things. They were respectful with my belongings and did more than I expected from the initial estimate. I didn't feel any embarrassment or shame of the process and they made it feel easier. They even unclogged my bathtub drain and fixed the stopper on my sink drain. Thank you. They did an amazing job.

So impressed with Bio-One Boise. They answered the phone at 6:30 in the morning and had a two man crew on the job at my house at 10:45. I live in about an hour and a half out. They got to work and got things done quickly and efficiently. I appreciate their diligence and appreciate they kept my home clean and tidy.

Travis worked me into his schedule as he knew I was in an awful bind with damage to the house I am buying. Huge house. Huge amount of work. Huge amount of damage. When it was all said and done on his part, the house was in MUCH better shape, and the odor was pretty much gone! Once it is put back together and painted, it will be wonderful! The crew at Bio-One came out early in the morning and did a great job getting things cleaned up and handled everything professionally and compassionately.

We have spent the last month fighting an invasion of mice into our home. We had finally managed to trap most of the mice but they left an enormous amount of debris, dirt and droppings on their way out! We are both 84 years old and one of us is on oxygen 24/7, so we were both unable to even start to clean up. Thank goodness that we found Bio-One, a company that cleans up all sorts of mishaps that befall humans and their properties. Travis booked us for the next day. He sent Daniel to us. He arrived at our house on time and ready for whatever help we needed! He spent about five hours vacuuming the whole house, sometimes on hands an knees.
