Death, Crime Scene, Biohazard & Hoarding Clean Up Services for Boise

After a neighbor alerted us that the home we were considering buying was used to sell drugs we were concerned that the house had also been used to manufacture them. Bio-one came out and confirmed the house was heavily contaminated with toxic chemicals as a result. Suddenly the headache and strange taste on my tongue after being in the home made perfect sense. They were very kind, helpful and honest. Their knowledge helped us avoid a huge mistake. I recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience with this company despite the not wonderful reason they were needed in the first place. Unfortunately there was a delay with the dumpster from the trash services, but Travis and his team were great at accommodating and adapting to this and extending the rental to ensure I got my money's worth. Workers Dylan and the other team members were kind, respectful, and included me every step of the way. They made an insurmountable situation possible and I would highly recommend them to others.

Bio-One did a great job, on short notice, cleaning and disinfecting a storage room and removing an old mouse nest and seeds. I was impressed with their work, and I would definitely use their services again.

Travis at Bio One in Boise is amazing to work with he was great about answering questions and delivered peace of mind. We were closing on a home when an inspector discovered mold in the attic. We called 3 different companies to come out and bid the job. Bio-One was the only company that actually removed the mold properly & replaced the insulation once the mold was completely remediated that we contacted. We are now able to close on our remodel with the peace of mind knowing the people moving in are breathing clean air! Travis & his team came in and got the job done quickly so we could close ahead of time and he made sure the inspector for the sellers was informed. Thank you Travis!!

These guys are the consummate professionals. They thoroughly communicate. They are fair (economical). Their entire crew was very kind, friendly, careful, compassionate, empathetic, trustworthy (honest and forthright) and comprehensive in remediating every concern. We felt completely comfortable having them on our property. They went above and beyond and still met their original estimate.

Travis and his team stand out in all of the right ways. We're prepping to sell our home, and had a bit of a mouse droppings issue in the crawlspace. These guys (Bio One) were PROS. Great communication. Friendly but not patronizing. Smart. Thorough. Did it all from clean up to sanitization to replacing the vapor barrier and more. They also did some detective work an unamned pest control company here in town did NOT do for us (even though that's specifically what we had hired that pest control company for.) In a way, having this awesome experience with Bio One kinda bums me out. Because they were GREAT. I just hope, because of the nature of their business, I never have to use them again. They're like an amazing Emergency Room Doctor. Thrilled to have them when you need them, hope to never see them again. And having good people who do a great job in that kind of work is precisely what you want, when you need it. I wish Travis and his company all the best. They friggin' deserve it.

I just want to say it bio one Boise Travis and his professionals were more than professional they were courteous kind and compassionate we had a tragedy in our family my little brother committed suicide and they came in and they took care of us completely while we were out of the house and they were doing their work they even took the time to do my mother's dishes because she was so distraught good good people thank you so much for your kindness and your compassion I would recommend you to anyone you went above and beyond everything. First of all, I’d like to say that when you call a company for a cleanup that Bio One provides, it’s because of a traumatic event. You need to be treated with dignity and respect. Travis and his company did just that. I called him after a major mouse infestation after I’d seriously neglected my own home after care giving for my mom, 7 days a week, 10-12 hours a day, for over 13 months. After the mice were eradicated, I attempted to clean up the infestation on my own, and being disabled and in fear and terror of dead mice, I made little progress. I lived with this contamination for over 14 months, due to my care giving duties and my health limitations. I was almost ready to give up when I found Bio One. Travis came to assess the damage within a couple of days of contacting him, and the next day, arrived with his crew to decontaminate and clean 3 rooms. To say what he did was a miracle is an understatement. When he was done, I was in complete shock. The 3 rooms looked like a brand new home would look. All of the droppings and urine, nesting areas, and dead mice were gone, along with all of the mice poison I’d left out for over a year. All of the contaminated surfaces and areas were cleaned and sanitized, which did include hundreds of small appliances, dishes and other objects that I desired to keep, and he disposed of all of the contaminated items I didn‘t want. I am forever grateful to him for what he did for me. He was such a wonderful person to work with, making sure that I felt good with all that he was doing, and he listened and complied with all of my wants and needs. Travis and his team were absolutely wonderful. Not only was their work thorough, but they had a true care and compassion for what I had just got through.. I had occasion that I needed to have a disaster clean up and called Bio-One Boise. There were there the same day and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Naomi did the work and was efficient and took great care of things. Definitely would use them anytime I needed that kind of cleanup.
