Travis worked me into his schedule as he knew I was in an awful bind with damage to the house I am buying. Huge house. Huge amount of work. Huge amount of damage. When it was all said and done on his part, the house was in MUCH better shape, and the odor was pretty much gone! Once it is put back together and painted, it will be wonderful! My thanks go out to Travis and his wonderful team of workers. Such nice, nice men and so helpful and hard working.

One of the worst companies I have run across, I had them clean my house because of my son's hoarding issue and their employees stole a great deal of expensive personal and significant items from my house. The workers were rude, incompetent, slow, and overall some of the most shady people I have met. I was very disappointed by them and will not be hiring them ever again.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bio-One Boise. It was such a distressing and overwhelming time for my family when we had Bio-One clean my father’s home. We have spent the last month fighting an invasion of mice into our home. We had finally managed to trap most of the mice but they left an enormous amount of debris, dirt and droppings on their way out! We are both 84 years old and one of us is on oxygen 24/7, so we were both unable to even start to clean up. Thank goodness that we found Bio-One, a company that cleans up all sorts of mishaps that befall humans and their properties. Travis booked us for the next day. He sent Daniel to us. He arrived at our house on time and ready for whatever help we needed! He spent about five hours vacuuming the whole house, sometimes on hands an knees. He did so much cleaning that we were never able to do on our best days. Bio-One tackled our problem as though it were their problem, reassuring us that our house would be clean and non-toxic after Daniel finished. They returned our house by taking it back from the mice and making it look clean and new again. Thank heaven for Bio-One and for Daniel who did his job in a professional manner and never seemed to run out of energy! We can highly recommend Travis at Bio-One to help you out of the mess you find yourself in and he will work to send the right person to help you, regardless of the nature of your problem!
